The scalable HMI (human machine interface) panel PC systems offer a wide range of processor capacities and touch screen LCD monitor dimensions. The panel PC meet tough industrial requirements and are particularly suitable for use as an IPC based control system.
Panel PC is designed to serve as a friendly human-machine interface for easy integration into any space-constricted embedded applications. It provides full PC functionality within its compact chassis and accommodates a wide range of PC peripherals for a host of applications such as operator panel PC, information terminal panel computer, point-of-sales panel PC and point-of-service panel computer.
The series has a TFT touch screen LCD that serves as the user interface. Touch screen options include resistive touch screen and surface acoustic wave touch screen technologies to fit your installation needs.
Panel PC series is designed for universal panel mounting and comes with several front bezel options to fit different installation requirements. Special industrial features not commonly seen in commercial systems such as watchdog timer and water/dust proof front panel makes the panel PC an ideal choice for operating in hostile environments.
Rack console KVM switch comes with keyboard video mouse switch and flat panel LCD monitor, keyboard, pointing device in a space-saving clamshell design. In addition, dual rail slide out LCD keyboard drawer uses a unique design to allow hiding the keyboard while the display remains in use.
Our flat panel monitor rack console kit is designed to efficiently utilize expensive rack space. The series of rack console, monitor keyboard mouse and KVM switch provide a combination of a flip-up LCD monitor, pull-out keyboard and mouse in a space-saving rackmount design. Multiple servers can be controlled and monitored with models that has keyboard video mouse switch built-in. Each rack console LCD monitor keyboard mouse is constructed of heavy duty metal for ruggedness. Ball-bearing slide rails let you effortlessly pull out the keyboard drawer for operation. Using a laptop computer's clamshell design, the LCD monitor flips up for use and folds down for storage. New dual slide rail server console KVM switch use separate rails for the panel and keyboard allowing each to be extracted from the rack independently. They are perfect as display terminal or flat panel monitor console in a data center server management application or on the factory floor.
The dual-rail design represents an intelligent use of rack space. Essentially, two sets of slide rails are attached to the LCD and keyboard allowing each component to slide in and out of the rack independent of the other. To access the LCD and keyboard, you pull both components out from the rack. The pull-out LCD and keyboard tray lets you extend the LCD and keyboard 16.8 inches from the rack for unobstructed access of both the display and keyboard. The LCD flips up for use. If you no longer need to use the keyboard, just slide away the keyboard tray. The LCD remains outside of the rack, in display, even if the rack door is closed. This approach also gives an additional level of server management security by having the keyboard hidden to prevent unauthorized access
The AMT-6010 is a ruggedized tablet PC that meets MIL-STD-810F and IP68 test procedures and is manufactured according to RoHS guide lines, making it ideal for computing in harsh environments and mission critical applications such as the military, law-enforcement, oil and gas exploration, aerospace and marine.
The AMT-6010 chassis is made of high quality aluminum alloy, plated with a hard anodized finish that meets Mil-A-8625D specifications, providing an extremely durable and scratch-resistant coating. A dual sealing technique ensures that the AMT-6010 not only can operate while completely immersed in water, but also meets the most rigorous EMC compliance requirements.
The front panel houses a 400-nit, 10.4” 800x600 resolution TFT LCD screen with capacitive touch screen. It also features 12 programmable function keys. There is an optional 1200-nit, sunlight readable screen available.
AMT-6010 is ruggedized against shock. It is capable of surviving a 3-foot drop, operate in temperatures ranging from –20 to 60 degrees Centigrade, and resist severe shock (40Gs) and vibration (10Gs) levels.
LCD monitors are EMI free, consume less power than CRT monitors, and less prone, than CRT monitors, to electro-magnetic noise that often exist on the factory floor. This make them perfect for industrial display terminals and monitors for industrial machines.
Our rugged industrial flat panel LCD monitor for rack mount, swivel-arm mount, VESA mount, panel mount is constructed of heavy duty metal for ruggedness. Ruggedized for industrial environment, the flat panel LCD come in a wide range of sizes from cost-effective 15 inch XGA models to high resolution 19 inch and 20 inch UXGA LCD monitors. All include built-in A/D (analog/digital) conversion board for interfacing to standard analog video cards. High resolution models also include DVI interface. Front panel OSD control buttons let you adjust the display for optimum viewing.
