Downloadable Forms and Product Resources
Most product resources are compressed device drivers (.zip) and Acrobat (.pdf) files.
Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher is required to open, view or print the .pdf files. Acrobat Reader is a free download from http://www.adobe.com.
Device driver in the .zip format must be first extracted before you can install it. Popular utilities that can extract .zip files include: WinZip (evaluation version is available at http://www.winzip.com), and PKZip (free trial version of PKZip is available at http://www.pkware.com).
