Designed for the air travelers in mind, the MPC-1735 is a rugged portable workstation featuring three LCD screens, up to two PCIe video cards, terabytes of storage capacity, all in an enclosure that fits in a carry-on case.
Don't take the chance of lost productivity or loosing your data to damage, delay when you travel by air. You can store the MPC-1735 workstation under the seat and in the overhead bin of an aircraft.
Perfect for data aquisition, digital forensics, sales and support professionals who need powerful computing in the field, the MPC-1735 has three wide-screen 17.3” LCDs, 1920x1080 resolution per screen. It's powered by a multi-core desktop or server-class processor, GPUs with 1000+ streaming cores/CUDA processors for floating-point calculation intensive applications.
The MPC-1735 t takes advantage of COTS (commercial-off-theshelf) PC components for its substantial expansion and upgrade capabilities. On the right side of the enclosure, you'll find:
1. Space for a slim type optical drive. You may choose DVD burner, DVD RW Blu-ray R combo drive or Blu-ray burner.
2. 80-Plus active PFC modular power supply.
3. Main disk drive bays for two 5.25" drives. In this photo we've installed an optional "mobile rack" that supports three 3.5" hard drives. You may select two 5.25" devices, or a mobile rack with eight removable 2.5" hard disk trays.
The motherboard and expansion slot I/O are located on the left side of the enclosure. You'll find:
1. Expansion card I/O. In this photo two double-width video cards have been installed. The MPC-1735 uses video outputs from DVI, HDMI or mini-DisplayPort to drive the LCDs.
2. A 5.25" drive bay for add-in devices. This drive bay supports devices with maximum length of 8.5".
3. Motherboard I/O panel (I/O ports various depending on installed motherboard).
1. LCD adjustment buttons. Each LCD screen is individually adjustable with its own on/off switch and on-screen-display menu.
2. Power on/off switch, reset, system status indicator LEDs.
3. USB ports. Use it for keyboard, mouse (MPC-1735 does not come with integrated keyboard and pointing device) and other USB devices.
